Finalized this watch after 2 months of research. Got it around (6800 INR ~ $80). The look and feel including shape size and integrated bracelet reminds me of Swiss Tissot PRX Quartz which is retailing at 35000 INR ~ $420. However Timex provides same specs such as sapphire crystal and 30m water resistance, similar look and feel to PRX-quartz at 1/5th the cost of Swiss brand Tissot. The omission of second hand make the watch look more premium akin to a dress watch with sleek thickness (~6.25 mm). It exudes prominent wrist presence with a 41mm case diameter. Overall great value for money as I could not find any other branded watch (except for cheap Chinese copy brands that one has never heard of……) offering sapphire crystal at this price point. Unlike other Timex watches (which are made in China) this model is made in INDIA which sealed the deal for me.
