Le mode d’emploi est muet sur la possibilité d’adapter la taille du bracelet soi-même, alors que c’est tout à fait possible. Sur chaque maillon pourvu dune flèche, pousser vers l’extérieur (dans la direction de la flèche) la bossé qui se trouve sur le maillon à l’opposé de la flèche. Une goupille en forme de L sort et libère le maillon. Ensuite on peut désolidariser les deux maillons, puis réinsérer la goupille qui vient claveter le maillon.
L’affichage de la date est bilingue, on peut choisir français ou anglais. A minuit le jour affiche est en anglais, peut après le français apparaît.
Bien lire la notice, le réglage de la date ne doit pas être fait pendant une plage horaire assez longue, faut de quoi les changements de date ne se passeront pas bien.
Très bel aspect bleu sous les aiguilles luminescentes.

I am an avid watch collector and I have some of the best automatic and mechanical watches in my collection and when I saw this watch I totally loved it .
The price it was offered was icing on the cake.
When I received the watch the box itself was great to look and hold and the watch inside was shining bright.
The watch looks great and although the dial is small and might not look good on big and heavy hands but for an average wrist it looks good .
Only thing I am disappointed about is that the bracelet is not great compared to the brand this watch is associated to and feels very light and feels like might not stand an accidental bump .
Might change the bracelet later on with a better seiko strap.
People who have a tight budget and want to own a automatic watch might consider this.
People who wants a good watch from a great brand and can stretch their budget a little , I would suggest to go for the new seiko 5 launched in 2019-20 which is successor to this model.

It’s really amazing, the finishing is too perfect , feel like a luxury watch , the box n packing is amazing too , ever last thing about this is amazing it might be smaller than u expected, if u hv a smaller wrist and your budget is below 15k just go for it don’t think twice .. doesn’t feel heavy very good

This watch replaced my previous Seiko 5 which lasted for 26 years. These are wonderful watches, self-winding; put it on each day and forget about it. They need servicing every five years or so but they keep great time and are trouble-free. This one is very attractive looking and has a high-quality stainless band. If you need to adjust the wrist-band length, there are YouTube videos that show the various types of Seiko bands and how to adjust them. It only took a few minutes and a little care.
