The media could not be loaded.
 The watch was a gift. The person whom I gifted the watch received a defective watch which was sealed in crappy plastic wrap. I had to take the gift back so I could send it back. So embarrassing. No quality check, especially for a 24k watch. Crappy experience with this seller. STAY AWAY

Very much satisfied when I received it. super design and quality. But after two weeks the magnifying glass for date came off. Thinking saying it’s within the warranty I called Amazon and lotta other connections who are authorised but no one helped me at all including Amazon.. I tried chatting with Amazon but they would give me a number which is not valid very surprising they do not have a service centre nos or who can call you back and get this rectified. Even now the watch looks fab but without the magnifying glass looks cheap… Hope Amazon sorts things out. Wanted to buy the same brand for.my wife but service looks pethetic..
