Its is too Expensive for my Mother and doesn’t have much Quantity of EPA and DHA in mg as compared to non vegetarian fish oil. So my recommendation is if you can’t afford or you don’t have any problem with Fish oil Please buy that not this just because it is Vegan Product. And also please do research about omega3 before buying it.

It’s good for couple of days. After that it can deplete the testosterone levels dramatically. Vegan source of Omega if it’s Flax seed, then pls do mention. Flax seed oil depletes the power drive., it’s a known fact. Please mention the source of Omega on the Bottle.
