Since I am an athlete, and this product was purchased for sole purpose of meeting my daily required vitamins and other nutritions, and since I have been using this for quite a long time. My body showed not side-effects to this product. The product was received in a well packaged box. The expiration date was also safe, that is what I was concerned about the most. But I finished consuming long before the expiration date. Would definitely recommend this product to others.

After staying home in the lockdown for months.. I noticed that my immunity had kind of reduced and how did I know it? Every time i stepped out even a lil bit I used to start sneezing. My nose used to have that tingling feeling every few minutes after going out and it lead to sneezing all the time! So I started researching on these daily multivitamins. You won’t believe what happened, initially for the first 2 days my body didn’t accept it. I got itches and small boils all over my upper body – chest, neck, back and arms! My stool was loose too. I didn’t give up and kept having it irrespective! I was a little scared to continue because of the sides effects and I didn’t visit the doctor or tell my family and I continued taking it every day post Lunch. After the 3rd day I was feeling okay and the side effects weren’t visible. And i finished the bottle after 3 months and it did help me a lot! These tablets have good quantities of every important element that’s needed, the omega 3 is very low but something is better than nothing right! Zinc and copper are very important for improving immunity and this bottles contents contain a major chunk of your daily requirement. So go for it guys!

Don’t know if it’s doing me any good but I took it daily for 2 months. Only thing, now my very trusted Ayurvedic doctor told me is common knowledge that excess micronutrients give you kidney stone. Good diet with vegetables shud be enough to give you your daily supply of micronutrients. All these supplements are a marketing gimmick.
