It has a Timex machine running inside it, since Ted Baker has partnered with Timex to make their designer watches. I got a watch with low or no battery power left. Had to go to Timex service center to get it replaced. They replaced it for me, free off cost since it was under warranty period, but it took almost a month for it to get replaced, since their service center was in Chennai.
So when you go for designer watches, it could be a hit or miss, since it becomes a flashy product rather than serving its purpose.
