This probiotic is very good especially for those suffering regularly from IBS. I have been using it for more than 3 months and feels quite comfortable as I regularly suffers from IBS.

Not sure it even has a live culture, I feel their entire brand and even other multivitamin products need to have a strict review done by some organisation to declare/certify that what they market is what the consumer is getting or we all may be just have sugar pills. Herbal but all synthetic ingredients. Anyway placebo effect works
