Superb fish oil. Zero smell, fresh fish oil at a reasonable price. Very rare to find fish oil in the triglyceride form at such reasonable prices. Fantastic value for money. 1.2 grams of EPA + DHA too per capsule too… wow.

Have been taking 1 capsule daily for more than 2weeks now. I can say that the joint pain I constantly felt at my knees and fingers for the last 2years has gone! This isn’t placebo either because my pain was significant and used to bother me through out the day.
720mg EPA & 486 DHA is in the effective range as recommended by medical professionals. There is no fishy after taste, capsule is quite large so some might have difficulty swallowing it. Seen some reviewers complain that is Romanian made, the one I got is Australian as advertised.
One note of caution, take the claim of this improving heart health with a pinch of salt… There is no definitive evidence that fish suppliments improve heart health, only dietary fish has shown to keep the heart healthy, so include fish in your diet 2 times a week if that is what you are after.

I expected a bigger bottle, i guess I didn’t go through the capsule quantity. I would prefer the blue bottle over this one. Wellbeing omega 3 multi vitamin was worst in the market and turned bad in 3days. Swiss omega 3 is the best in the market and never gave me fishy burps even with higher strength. Would always buy any of their omega 3 to help with inflammation because of thyroid.
