I’ve been using it for more than 6-7 months now. There is an improvement in the hair and nail quality, more smooth. Nail growth has increased too.
It’s okay to swallow, but the later you get bad aftertaste/breath. This aftertaste doesn’t last for long though, Maybe half an hour or so.
Though for the effects, it’s worth it, I’d say.

This product is amazing,the flavour is delicious, and results are amaizing. My skin is glowing like a peach!! And its has also shown amaizing results on my nails and hair..i love it!!

Just received the product. I was excited with this by reading the good reviews. Don’t know how one of the reviews said its “delicious”!
It actually smells worse than any vitamin capsule I’ve ever had in my life. And worse thing is I was getting smelly burps atleast for an hour after consuming it. About the effects on hair and skin, I’m yet to see the results.
EDIT:- It’s been a month since I started using it twice a pill a day, and I am not sure if it is this or something else, but I got “UTI”! First time in my life. I immediately discontinued the pills after about 2 weeks of usage, flushed my whole system with plenty of water and prescribed medications. Now I’m really afraid to take these pills again. So if you do buy, please do with caution. You need to drink more water (than you normally do) if you take vitamins or any supplements for that case.

Don’t buy this its smells so bad and burps will be annoying every time you take this its smells like rotten and not that effective

Folks I am using second bottle of this table. I can see considerable change in my hair fall. But don’t expect miracle. It takes time. I have done lot of aatyachar on my hairs by continuing hair straightening for many years. But the smell of the tablet is really not appreciated. Those who don’t Wish to smell and just gulp can go for it.

In the product photos this multivitamin bottle has a Green Dot but the one I received had a Red Dot on it. This is false advertisement and seller should update the photos with Red Dot so that vegetarians don’t accidentally end up buying it
