If you read the ingredients constituents, it says sharkara, means Sugar. Where the wholesome content shatavari is just less than 5% and rest is only Sugar. Hence, not recommended for diabetic patients. Best way is to buy sugar-free shatavari, online at awgp store.

I’ve tried 4 different lactation supplements available online, and this was the best. You will feel the difference in just 2 days of consuming it. But you need to have a proper diet along with this. It won’t help much if you don’t take good diet on time.
