Prevents massive blood loss which is good. Just don’t leave them in too long because, hygiene is a thing. Free bleeders, don’t buy. Defeats the purpose.

Fantastic absorbency. You can get away with 4, maybe 5 hours, before needing to change again. I wouldn’t recommend using it on your lighter days, switch to a lower absorbency for a more comfortable fit ( i.e. Super or Regular).
