It was my first ever skin health supplement and last too. It caused such adverse effects on my skin and health that I couldn’t finish the bottle even when I was taking just one capsule in a day (and it claims 2). I had to stop using it immediately. I’ll explain it to you in detail so that you guys don’t get fooled by this brand! Skin- Although it’s a skin health supplement but trust me it’s “Anti–skin health”! Within 3 days my skin started breaking out and now I have 5-6 very ugly dark spots on my face. Also, my skin looked so dull and dehydrated as if I was malnutritioned! Health- this product disturbed my digestion so bad that I have started feeling constipated in just 6-7 days. As a result, I was facing a problem of dry and hard stool. The pain you can imagine yourself!
So…. I hate this product and will never buy anything from this brand!
