I used to take probiotics of another brand but it’s not sold in Japan. I found this and gave it a try, as my osteopath said my digestive system was not in a good condition. After taking for about 2-3 weeks, I had another consultation with my osteopath, and she said that my intestine and digestive system seemed much better. I hadn’t had told her I started taking probiotics and this was the only thing I did differently since the previous session (ie I hadn’t changed my diet or exercise), so I am convinced it’s due to this product. I was happy to hear it had a good effect as it’s not so evident. In general I am a fan of Now foods brand, it has good quality products and I use several of them.

This was an extremely important purchase for me. Unfortunately you have to be aware of the fact that the most important notice that says “refrigerate after opening” is completely hidden under the barcode sticker that they have pasted on top of it. Additionally, there’s no specific instructions that tell you to refrigerate in the description of this product on the amazon website. EXTREME carelessness especially as this is used as a supplement for health. Who is responsible if there’s a strong reaction/poisoning due the unclear storage instructions!? This is a health issue and should be taken more seriously

This is only supplement one should take . As it heals gut within short time everything i eat, get properly digested now .so no need of other supplements, this is great product for people having low digestion and poor absorption of food . Only thing is eat some raw veggies while taking this as gut bacteria needs good amount of fibre to thrive. I m taking it empty stomach in morning .
