Luminox have always produced good, tough watches but I always felt they were too expensive. I really like the blue face on this watch, it stands out in daylight. The night time illumination is excellent and clear. I wear the watch at all times (my Tacwatec watch is now demoted to being in a drawer) and have been sea snorkelling to around 5 metres depth and pool swimming with it and no ill effects. I use the bezel as a count down feature and it is a stiff and one directional bezel. I wear the watch to bed and if I wake up during the night the watch hands are very clearly visible. The watch strap is soft and does not trap the hairs on your wrist like a steel bracelet watch strap would and the crown has a very firm screw in and lock. Really pleased with this purchase and was lucky enough to buy it when it was at a discounted price.
