With the bottle design change, the formula also seems to be different. I’ve been using this product for a few years now. It is much thicker now- which doesn’t work with this dropper bottle. When you squeeze the dropper, product does not go in to it. Therefore, I end up having to tip the bottle upside down to get any product. I wish they had kept the old formula. The new bottle design, though not a deal breaker, looks cheaper now as well. Just a stick on label now compared to the pretty bottle before. Wondering if the cheaper label and thicker consistency means a less effective product. I’ll have to see, but so far, am not impressed.

I was excited to use this but it appeared the dropper, which is a little bizarre because it’s slanted, was not working. I turned the bottle upside to try to get some of the product out so I could still use it but nothing came out. Very disappointed. I would return but I had thrown out the box it came with already.

Unable to get a refund without makin a return. Formula is great but it is a hassle to male returns and I am unable to use due safety issue
