Bought this because I’ve always liked the idea of owning an actual Submariner but just can’t justify the costs involved with actually owning one. Obviously this isn’t the real deal but it keeps excellent time, looks the part and I don’t feel bad wearing it daily because at ~$100 if I damage it, I can afford to replace it.
I’ve read there’s some potential issues with quality control when it comes to Invicta but my watch arrived in excellent shape. The cyclops was straight on, the crown while tight (it’s loosened up with use) was easy to screw down after time and date adjustments, and the bezel while also extremely stiff out of the box became very serviceable after some rotation. Also of note, I did wear this into a hot tub and it did not have any water ingress issues. I can’t say I’ll ever wear it diving and mostly avoid water but mine seems fine with submersion.
The bracelet it came on was alright but I’m not much a bracelet guy. I’m not sure how long term the clasp would hold up but again at the price point we’re talking here, it’s not a stretch to drop a few extra bucks on an aftermarket strap or bracelet. I personally wear NATO straps on mine as they fit my wrist a lot nicer. Just avoid the cheap ‘perlon’ straps that can be found on here, they’re absolute trash.
Overall, Iike it. In fact, I liked it enough to buy an 8926ob as well and might purchase another one to mod a little. An excellent, well made homage for the money.

En mi caso, lo compre en una oferta por 1260$mxn, a ese precio no hay reloj que le compita, pero tras meses de uso, aún si no lo hubiera comprado en descuento vale completamente la pena. Es un reloj muy bonito, el bisel es azúl pero la carátula es algo morada, eso es para tener en cuenta.
Lo recomiendo completamente como un primer reloj automático, (en mi caso lo fué) es económico, bonito, y de un calibre tan bueno y confiable como el Seiko nh35 que tiene, adjunto una gráfica, y esa es la grandiosa variación de tiempo que tiene, prácticamente nula! Lo volvería a comprar sin dudas. (si este va a ser su primer reloj, recomiendo comprarlo en negro, ya que es más versátil) si ya tienen varios, entonces vale la pena, es muy bonito. El bisel giratorio se alinea completamente bien. Lo que más me gusta del reloj son sus acabados externos, el brazalete también es muy bueno para el precio, aunque se raya fácil, hay que cuidarlo bien. Lo que menos me gustó fueron los marcadores de las horas, son algo pequeños y verdosos, además la pasta luminosa prácticamente no sirve, pero es entendible, por el precio no puede tenerlo todo. Satisfecho en general.

It comes with a Seiko Automatic movement which makes it a steal deal. Though the build quality is pretty Average but you will not find anything like this under 10k. You will like the blue dial and overall look of the watch. Guys, who love big size watches and Automatic movement should go for this. I would recommend to buy this watch during sale or at discounted price.

The colour of the picture is not real. It’s more like an electric blue, which is absolutely gorgeous. Talking about accuracy, my one is running -4.5 sec slow per day. But price is a bit higher in India.

The Pro diver is a nice looking watch, which is understandable being as it is pretty much a direct copy of the Rolex submariner rather than one of Invicta’s ugly great lumpen designs. The movement is a nice reliable workhorse Seiko automatic and it is about the cheapest a watch fitted with this movement will be. Mine seems to gain about a minute every couple of weeks, which is well within spec for this movement and the watch itself fits well and looks the part (note: you will probably need to remove links unless you plan to strap this thing around a leg or something so maybe consider buying a link removal tool with your order.) The exhibition caseback is a great touch and justifies the reason I went mechanical rather than quartz in that a mechanical has an undefinable ‘soul’ and the caseback shows the tiny beating heart of the watch, which I love. Cheap enough and reliable enough to be a daily wear at work, solidly built enough not to feel cheap and classy looking on the wrist.
