i recently learned that the B12 supplement I was taking only contains 2.2 mcg which is way below the recommended levels for effectiveness. Its frustrating to think that i have been wasting my money on a product that isn’t giving me the necessary dosage. I feel much better now after switching to a supplement with 1500mcg of B12. Don’t make the same mistake I did- check the dosage before you buy!

Relying on B12 extracted from food in supplements is a gamble. It’s hard to trust that they calculate the proper amount needed for our bodies. After using a food-based B12 supplement, I didn’t feel any improvement. I’ve switched to a more reliable pharma grade supplement with precise dosages.
