The material supplied to us had a manufacture date of June 2022. This product is more than 15 months old. The product Sole cushion has become hard is not as per the actual when supplied as new. We requested Amazon for a replacement and they were unable to process the same as the only option available is for Refund. We do not want a refund but would request the seller to send us a new product which has been recently manufactured to have the original cushioning feeling while wearing the product.
