Bought this for my wife, who was having a heavy hair fall due to water hardness. It works. Yes!! Slowly, yet efficiently. Why? here is the reason : This is a protein that is abundantly produced by your own body, until you are 25 yrs old. Post that, it slows down resulting in Wrinkles, Sore joints etc. Collagen could be created from Bone Broth and Organ Meats, which may take forever and it doesnt tastes that good. But, tablets are easy way. How : Fibroblasts are the cells in your body that produce Collagen. They need building blocks called Amino Acids to make the magic happen. Hydrolyzed collagen, aka collagen peptides are lighting fast way to give your Fibroblasts tasty Amino acids. Hydrolyzed are already broken down easily so its easier for your body to absorb them. What all they help you with : Skin – Smooth wrinkles, Increase Hydration, Supports skin elasticity Hair and Nails – Faster hair growth and strengthens brittle nails Joints – Reduce joint pain, strengthen joints, helps with flexibility Bones – Strengthens and help form new bones
For a normal person : It is mentioned to take 4 tablets a day. Do not overdose. Its not a miracle, but a food supplement that helps. Consult a doctor : In case you have Diabetes (Not harmful, yet preferred), High Blood pressure, or allergic to calcium etc or have heartburn/acidity issues.

It’s too big to swallow. Along with a month usage I have notice little positive change in my hair but not in my nails. Also I recommend for the people with acne not to use it as it is going to block your pores and worsen the state. I’m going through the same right now. My acne have gone worse. But I must say it have relieved me with my knee pain as mentioned. Good for your bone health.

When I opened the bottle it gave an awful stench as one capsule had opened up inside. That’s when i checked the labels and found it is a non-vegetarian product. I was naive to go by the name of the company ‘Herbal valley’. On closely looking i found the product is made of Hydrolyzed Bovine. The 1.5 mm red dot which indicates non-veg product is so tiny that it seems it is intentionally made invisible. A product made out of Bovine (animal parts/bones) cannot be tagged with the word Herbal in anyway! Herbal products are made of natural herbs and not animal bovine! There is a thin line between being true to your customers and deceiving them but still being legally correct.

These Capsules are handy n easy to consume and i find it better than those which comes in powder form..collagens are essenntial post 30 since body stops producing it naturally. So far i have noticed a positive change in my hair n nail texture. Hope it will improve my skin too if taken regularly for few months. Cant comment on pain relief since i dont have any.Overall satisfied.. I take 2 capsules post lunch n 2 before bed.I also take vitamin c supplement everyday. Remember collagen supplements works best if taken with vitamin c.

Holy grail product at such a pocket friendly price. My skin had gotten so much worse over the summer, dull and damaged. But after taking the collagen capsule morning and evening everyday religiously it have not only brightened but has improved the texture. Highly highly recommended to everyone. Definitely gonna purchase again and again.
P.s i don’t think its necessary to take 2 capsules every morning nd evening. I take 1 capsule after food every morning and evening and its been working great. Also using the right skincare and a good diet plays a major role towards achieving good skin or say overall health.
