Both the products are effective.
Saw difference in energy level, hair fall decreased drastically ( 90% almost down ) rest will happen due to other conditions ( weather , lifestyle, water consumption ,etc ).
Multivitamin tablets are big in size , vanilla sort taste.
Fish oil tablets are big in size , no fishy burps , easy to swallow.
