heat levels are okay but to use cool level only a small button is present which is very inconvenient as the user has to press and hold for the cool air to blow plus it’s not so cool, it’s still slightly warm. looks sturdy and durable, almost 2-3 months since I bought it and it’s still in pristine condition. size is on the bigger side and although it’s portable the size makes me reconsider taking it with me while traveling.noise is quite audible and can be disturing. overall functions well for it’s price and does the job.
