I have been using it for several weeks now, and have hence decided to leave a review.
+ A good mix of all essential herbs + Quantity of tablets are more + It’s rare to find such good mixture of herbs having labelled as ‘Anti-Stress’ so it’s easy to buy and make family members understand. (haha) I wish more brands adopted this strategy.
– It’s in tablet-form, a bit hard to swallow. – The ingredients are in ‘approx’ value, so we never know how much we exactly consumed. – No moisture absorber sponge, surprising to not see it.
Mt personal advice would be taking plenty of water with this tablet, as it would cause kind of a burning sensation inside the stomach. Regarding the effects of the tablet, it does improve the mood, strength and vitality. But it also increases the stiffness of mucus, so if you have cold or sick be careful as it would cause a little breathing trouble.
(-1 star for the poor interior packing, as the bottle makes a rattling noise when shook. (kind of embarrassing when the courier guy delivers). A sponge inside the bottle to prevent it would be awesome.)
