Received a used and damaged piece. the powder cake was broken into 3. Color is good. But doesnt stay on hair for too long. It says on the cover it lasts some hair washes. Doesnt even last a couple of hours.

I ordered dark brown but i have received brown colour. See in the picture my previous pack was much darker than this new one. Its useless for me as light brown shade not giving proper coverage to my hairs. Can you replace it with actual dark brown shade.

Works great as a quick fix. As in the image, the right side are my greys and the left is where I put the powder. Thankfully matches my hair colour well. If you want to put off colouring for a bit but have to step out – this should work great. Lasts for a few hours – might need a retouch. Haven’t checked water resistance though.
