I purchased this automatic Citizen watch as a gift on Dec 21, 2021. However it stops working after 3 to 4 hours even though it is worn continuously the whole day. It is only two weeks and unfortunately it cannot be returned back to seller. Not sure what quality of Citizen watch is being sold through Amazon India. I am cheated of my money and have lost all trust in Amazon India purchases.

I like this watch and my husband loves it. We have owned many citizen watches and they all worked for at least 15 or more years. My husband does. We like the watches that don’t have all the features that we do not want. My husband is rough on watches. He works as Manager at a big truck parts company. He’s all time pulling parts for customers which are on metal cabinets where he cuts his self, it gets banged on the cabinets and gets caught on Parts that were bought. It gets all kinds of beating up and still works and even the crystal does not get scratched.

The media could not be loaded.
 It’s a good watch. The patterned dial looks better in real and has a slight sunburst effect. Day-date is legible to read however sometimes it’s a task. Being a mechanical watch, without daily wear, it will lose time and eventually stop. After that, you need to wind it to get it up and running which is quite easy since it’s not a screw-down crown.

As days furthers it becomes necessary to wear this watch for minimum of 9 hours per day. If u miss there will be error in timing. This is applicable for any automatic watch.. you can’t wear any other watch
