If you have very heavy bleeding during your periods, you certainly need this only. I have fibroid and have extremely heavy flow. After suffering for 2-3 years I have ultimately found the best pads. They are thick but soft and comfortable to use. Tape at the back looks inadequate but it keeps the pad in place. No wings and still it’s the best. If the Whisper XXXL pad doesn’t help. You will definitely love this one.

I’m writing the review after using it one month. I’m a new mom started using this a week after delivery. It is so soft and comfortable unlike other regular pads. Whenever I used regular pads earlier, I used to get rashes. But this even after one month I’m very comfortable. The only drawback is it has no side wings

So I brought these for after I’d had my baby they were extremely comfortable they gave full coverage along side of the nets I brought off here to go with too so I didn’t have to worry about any leaking we’re better than just having a small maternity pad in knickers they made me feel secure would recommend to any mum to use these after birth also soft on sore areas too 🙂
