I have been using these resistance bands for months and I like it.. I am fitness coach, so I knew how to use it properly.. Mostly I use it unilateral exercises.. Cannot use it for high intensity workouts.. Good for beginners and intermediate level.. Also, you can’t use it roughly, as it’s elastic..
You can use these resistance bands for Workouts at home and easy to carry along while travelling for ppl who doesn’t want to miss their workouts.. I would recommend this product.. Just that, one should know how to use it carefully as it’s elastic..
