The fit is not proper … straps are loose and if it is supposed to be arch fit , there is no balance for an arch.
First time a mismatch arch fit sandal as I only buy arch fit shoes since I’m flat footed .

These shoes were everything I was looking for. Arch support, cute, and versatile. I tried them and and they were so comfortable! There is barely a heel and felt great on my feet. However the straps were too loose on me and there is no way to adjust them. It seems silly to me to make shoes this style without adjustable straps. I guess I should have paid more attention to that. I am so sad I’ll have to send these back. If your ankles are not tiny like mine than these may work for you.
