The media could not be loaded.
 These are 3 inch or 8cm heels. I purchased for 961. MRP is 2290. Colour is nice. Sole had some scratched surface. They make a phus phus sound while walking maybe because of cushioned sole. Outer material is good. Heel material which looks like wood is also good. Leather quality is adequate. Elastic band is supportive. If you wear 5UK of Bata then 6UK will fit you of Mochi. Packaging was nice. I had to return because of heel height. I initiated return on 9 nov, pickup was done by 10 but through ‘Delivery’ and it was scheduled by courier. The refund date was mentioned after 1 whole month (after pickup was done). I was worried about return because no date was mentioned but the parcel was received by nov 13 and I got my refund the same day. I packed the box well but when the Delivery boy came to pickup he opened the box, checked it and put the paper sheet in a way that it got torn. They should handle with care when the customer is giving the item back properly packed.
