Got damaged in normal use, a wire is coming out from the bottom of the footwear, seems like manufacturing defect, unfortunately return window closed.

I have no objection to this sandals at first sight it looks ok and beautiful. but I am not agree with the packing and the cover.packed only in bata’s box cover and it tores at some places.it is my luck reached my hand without lost.
