Product I got delivered on 14th June. I started using the product from 2nd July. The Velcro of the sandal got damage in 3 to 4 days. Now I am unable to close my sandle. For closing sandal we close the Velcro and the same is damaged. This is the worst experience after spending 1400 rs for this and unable to wear properly. Bata store is denying for repair. Could you help with refund and return or replacement or repair.

I have used it just for a month and the velcro is third class.horrible quality after having a premium footwear MRP. The velcro has suddenly came off and I have injured my ankle when the footwear slipped off my leg .. I purchased this because sole would help for footpain. But it has caused way more issues now. Pls don’t buy this one

Delivered on time. I like the model. Comfort and fit ok. But the navy blue bata sandal seem to be either mishandled or damaged due to improper storage or returned by a customer after trying it. There are many spots where there is minute damage. The blue material has eroded and come off in few places. The inner bata cardboard box was torn on one side. But Amazon package box was the external one and they have used a much larger box. There was a huge discount on the actual price and I should have guessed that something must be wrong. Lesson learnt.
