I purchased a pair of Bata footwear in April 2024, expecting the quality and durability that Bata is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Within a few months of occasional use, the side strap came off, making the shoes unwearable. This was unexpected, especially from a brand like Bata, which is reputed for its sturdy and long-lasting products.
The design of the shoes was stylish, and they were comfortable to wear initially. However, the poor build quality of the side strap overshadowed these positives.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with my purchase and the service I received. I hope Bata improves the quality control of their products to maintain their reputation.
