But the product received had issues in size and it is totally uncomfortable. Not able to exchange as I used it for a day and don’t want to exchange the used product.

I find it apt for walking and indoor gym. As a general rule, If you intend to run or jog, one should opt for 1 size higher, as it gives our feet some extra breathing space. The shoes are light and comfortable, sole has good grip and quality is good and durable.
