My sister used this product and recommended the same to me. Good product. Value for money product. Body is good. It releases but of burn smell when in use. but Amazon should really work on its packaging. This is an electronic product and the packaging was so carelessly done. I have experienced this before also with Amazon. However the product is good and works well. Plus point is that the battery can be changed. One just have to pull the upper part to insert the battery in the device. I can feel some irritation on my skin tho after using the product maybe it’s common after hair removal

Amazing product. Absolutely painless. Doesn’t felt anything. The top most piece which is golden in colour. Doesn’t rotate actually. So I felt it was not working properly. But just making sound. So I tried patch test on my arm. It started removing hair. So I did on my upper lip too. It cleaned it all. Very easily. But all the hair actually go inside the device rather than falling outside or just staying on skin itself. So I had to clean the upper part of device thoroughly. But overall device is amazing and handy. When it runs there is some characteristic smell of plastic burning. But it’s okay. Today was first use. Let’s see how long it works.
