Though I used it only once on upperlip but it worked perfectly fine. It did the cleaning. It is easy to use. At the the face appeared weired as I did upperlip first time ever but now appearance is fine. It has been almost two weeks since I last used it but there is still no need to use it again. But duarability depend on personal hair growth. There is no pain in using it. Just some uneasyness as I did upperlip first time ever !

The product is very good. I used it for 3 years (2020 – 2024). The battery also lasts long. Mine stopped working as it fell down and broke. It is effective when there is some slippery product on face. I use it with facial oil which helps the rotator to glide smoothly.

Review from first usage –
Pros: 1. Easy to assemble (Package insert guide provided). 2. Easy to operate (Just use in a circular motion over the desired area). 3. Attached mirror. 4. Cleared all the FINE facial hair (peach fuzz on the cheeks) effortlessly in exactly 5 mins. 5. No redness/ rashes/ dryness/ heat. The ones complaining of that may be the ones with more hair growth where it takes time to remove them so the device is in touch with skin for long. We all know motor generates heat, so the redness/ rashes may be due to the heat. May be switching sides in between won’t lead to rashes since it would give break to that area for a while. 6. Painless. 7. No cuts. I used it with a soft touch. 8. Smooth finish. It did not leave a line of demarcation between the area of usage and non-usage. 9. Easy to clean. 10. Easy to carry. It’s the size of a Kabuki brush.
Cons: 1. Does not clear out the THICK, COARSE hair adequately. This is a shaver, not an epilator. So, if you have thick coarse hair, it will leave the root there which might become slightly prominent after the rest of the fine hair have cleared out. Noticed on a couple of coarse hair follicles around my chin. 2. No cleaning brush provided. I washed it, but would prefer to have a brush to clean it. 3. A little pouch to carry the shaver would have been good. I fear that it’ll fall & break down.
Neutral: 1. Since this is my first usage, I cannot say how frequently I need to use this. Will update once used a second time. However, knowing that this is a shaver (not epilator) means that the hair growth won’t be slow. 2. I will also update once I know if the hair that grow back are any different from the previous growth since it concerns the face.
Tip: Test it on your forearm around the wrist area first to see if you are handling it right and to become comfortable with how to use it, before directly putting on your face.
