The product does what it is supposed to do. However it doesn’t serve my purpose, which is to closely clip the hair on my earlobes. One of their previous models NT9110 did this perfectly. Unfortunately, it gave up after 9 years of twice weekly use and that model is no longer in production. The removable head implies that there may be a separate attachment for this purpose but I haven’t seen anything on Amazon.

Total waste of money. It doesn’t do the job. Earlier i have been using Phillips NT 1150 which had steel blades which perfectly trimmed hairs.
This model is made of plastic n fails in trimming hairs . Don’t buy it. Not expected from such a big brand.
