The product is an absolute bliss for me!! I have PCOD so I bleed a lot.Normal sanitary napkins which are in large size is too costly and never does its job!!It’s fit is awesome as I’m an overweight person.Its absorption is very good never had stains in my clothes or any leakage and lastly I’m so thankful to the person who designed it perfectly 🙏🏻 I’ll never go back to normal napkins now.. I’m ordering it more than 3 times now.. it’s also affordable and soaks blood for long time .So happy with this product 🥰

they are amazing as a teenager as i hit my puberty in 2023 it was hard for me to manage my periods and menstrual cycles were a;ways a trouble but since i started using carmacene period pantys and pads my body started to get habituated

I was disappointed with Carmesi Disposable Period Panties for Women. While the concept is great, the execution leaves much to be desired. The fit was uncomfortable and didn’t provide the secure feeling I expected. Additionally, the material felt rough against the skin and caused irritation after a few hours of wear. The leak protection was subpar, leading to several mishaps that these panties are supposed to prevent. Overall, these period panties did not meet my expectations for comfort and reliability. I wouldn’t recommend them.
