Hey everyone, I bought these for my sister. She uses hydration socks once every week. If you have very dry skin, using the this socks on a daily (or nightly) basis might be worth considering. However, once or twice a week is usually adequate for most people.Leave the socks on for about 30 minutes. If you can, leave the socks on longer than that, even overnight.
Do note that this is a disposable foot mask for one time use. All the usage directions are mentioned on the back side.

These are really easy and work well. They give you moisture without grease or overpowering scent.I feel it really makes a difference ,feet came out exceptionally soft and conditioned.
