I bought the product on 20th Feb 2023. I have been using this product till now. It was very much helpful in removing callus. My feet looks great after buying this product. Recently the product got worn out. I was not sure if I am going to get it replaced as still the product is under 1 year warranty period. Initially I contacted Amazon, they asked to contact the seller. I tried to contact the seller through the website they provided on the packing. I just updated my issue along with my email and phone number. They called me to check on this. They asked to send a couple of photos and a video elaborating the issue I am facing and the purchase invoice. I sent all the details they have asked. After receiving all, they decided to take the product back and refund me the full money. Really a hassle-free experience for a customer.
Now I have placed another order for the same product through Amazon. The product was very helpful.

The product is really nice , it removes ur callus but bht jldi garam ho jata hai and discharge bhi. Aur abhi toh chlte chlte band ho gaya hai, frm where i need its support or service centre no?
