So this is my second electric toothbrush. Previously I used a Philips Sonicare 4300. I don’t know if it’s because I was so used to brush, I felt this product lacking. If they would have included and/or made a medium bristle head for this brush, it would have been a 5 star product. But until then sadly it’s a 3 star.

 No matter how much you charge it, it won’t work after few seconds. The smile goes red in few second and the backlight turns into a mix of red and white.

First thing I would say is worth buying it. It is because is very easy to use, it has multiple features and it deeply cleanses the teeth with one of the feature and that saves you dentist fees ofcourse. Moreover, battery life is also super, after charging once you don’t have to worry for atleast 2 weeks. I am happy with its multiple features. Pckaging and looks is just amazing.

it also Whiten the teeth gently by removing surface stains using irregular patterns of vibrations.
I personally use sensitive tooth brushes and this toothbrush comes with two brush head which are is extra soft and gentle on sensitive teeth and gums.
The long lasting battery ensures that you are never left without power when you need it most and you can use it for weeks without needing to recharge it.

It doesn’t last. I swear at least 3 different times it’s ran out of battery before it should’ve. That is still fine, I could at least charge it back up.
But after the last charge it doesn’t even work properly anymore. It stops vibrating after 20 seconds instead of the usual 2 minutes cycle. I tried everything. It doesn’t work.
Makes no sense buying such an expensive brush with so many problems. There are other cheaper options out there that are built to last, go for it.
Ps. You’ll also never find a head for this product. You can try to search some brush heads right now online, for this model, you won’t find it
