When I started talking this tea, my periods were regular since 5+ years, but I had severe PCOD symptoms (insulin resistance, hirsutism, acne, etc.) So I started taking this for that. For 2 months, my periods happened as usual, but no other PCOD symptoms improved. 3rd months onwards, periods started getting delayed. 4th month, it got delayed by 15 days. 🙁 I stopped taking it after that. Now it’s been more than 3 months that I stopped taking and my periods are still very irregular and bleeding non-existent. My periods were always on time from 5+ years prior to taking this barring 2-3 times. I think this tea ruined my menstrual health. 🙁 🙁 Worst part – we have started trying for baby. I hate this tea.

I watched it on shark tank claiming to reverse pcod and reduce cramps . Idk bout reversing pcod but yes I didn’t get any cramps and flow was better otherwise usually I see clots in the pad. So I’ll recommend this for cramp relief .

Looking at the reviews it does seem to work but I’m unfortunately not the lucky ladies on here that this worked for. The taste was okay nothing really weird and the prices is okay for the amount you get but overall sad but hope it works for you

I was having this tea thrice a day(One cup of tea) You can make this tea with little quantity of the tea powder to avoid overpowering of the bitterness as I didnt even use the honey/jaggery as suggested on the package and it tastes so good..

I got my period and I’m very thankful for this tea..I’m glad I have decided to use this tea..This actually works n Its a boon for women who are suffering from irregular periods.
