Helps a user to provide a feel good sensation, but yet to understand or reach a conclusion whether it is a replacement for a professional “massage”. I believe after a couple of uses, each would get to know what works best for them. The device is well built and is quite sturdy. Bought if for my elderly parents, and the bulkiness that comes along with the sturdiness is a bit of a downer, as it is a device they could use indpendently and with ease. There are multiple modes which are meant for various purposes. The various speeds and settings are addons; and useful features provided user knows how to use it. Unfortunately any usecases or detailed instruction are missing. If it is difficult to add on to a physical product, the recommendation here is to atleast add a link to a video, or webpage which has it in detail.

Product is sturdy and ergonomic. All attachments run smoothly although a bit noisy. I have my hands on for just 2 days and things were quite awesome. Feels heavy in hand. Could have been water resistant. The digital display may frequently come in contact with palm sweat, specially in summer, which is harmful for electronic circuits. 15 minutes run time and auto shut off. Pamphlet does’nt mention what is maximum run time at a stretch. For a small motor of 28 Watts, one must be careful in pausing the motor sufficiently after 15 minutes run to avoid heating and burning of motor. Running immediately after auto shut off may damage the product. Company should mention the run-time on the product. I feel, a brush head should also have been included.
