I really give my heart felt thank you to Amazon team for providing me all oil of the varieties of this particular brand Aroma magic promptly without any damage within 1week to 2 weeks itself. I have been buying the Lavender oul of this brand for almost 5 years from Amazon itself. Always happy to receive all. This time i thought i will try all other varieties by ordering from the Aromagic website but I had such a bad experience when ordered the same from the brand website directly. They didn’t provide my product and i had to beg for may payment to be returned for more than a month. I was so much frustrated. And i realised how Amazon team had never caused me a single issue all these past years and regretted ordering from the latter. Anyways after so many struggling phone calls they returned my money but I don’t trust their brand managing of purchase.
