I asked from a person who used Height Veda and he share his experience that what he has done and I also follow those things and My Height Increased.(These are those tips) See I used height Veda and along with this i daily do Yoga, pranayam & meditation. Deit bhi strict rakha junk food aur processed items se dur raha (even from Maggie, chai, coffee, extra sugar,non veg) and if you have any type of addiction so you also don’t have to do that…and guess what my height increased 2 inches. In the end i think along with HEIGHT VEDA these things are also important to gain more benefits but Height Veda is also important
