Firstly it was shocking that the product came in a soft packing and the box was torn. It looks like it has been used and repacked. The product is totally bad for use and storage.

I can observe some improvement in my immunity after taking it on regular basis. Didn’t face any major cold / throat aches in last 3-4 months.
I tried it with tea, coffee and milk but I liked it most with tea. Since it contains sugar, more or less equall to 1 cube of sugar, so you may add one packet in your without sugar tea.

Herbal mix is too good, however if you can reduce the sugar or release a new series for diabetic or border diabetic customers, that would be great.
I filter the sugar out to have the same, because Im at the border of prediabetics.

Excellent product. Slightly expensive – two sachets daily for a month should be priced around 500/-, not 720+
