I had trouble sleeping early at night. Use to sleep at 1am. I wanted to sleep by 11:30 max but kept failing. I found these gummies on Amazon and wanted to give it a try. The first day I tried it didn’t get me instantly but i could sleep by 12:30, the next day around 12, after probably 5-6 days I could get easy sleep by 11 after taking 1 gummy 30 mins prior to wherever I wanted to sleep. This really helped me so I would surely recommend them

My kid loves this! Nice packaging and taste… Though it is a little sweet but the size is small so it’s ok for the kids. Each gummy is individually packed, there are some nagative reviews about it, but for me it works. I have seen not individually wrapped gummies sticking and making a sticky ball. Also, it preserves and maintain hygiene as well. I can see some improvement overall in my kid but can’t say much about it. If you ask me, I recommend it!
