Multivitamin is supplement. Most of vitamins and minerals can be taken from our daily foods. Some vitamins and minerals are difficult to get RDA just by daily foods, though. That’s why we call it supplement. However, too much taking of those over RDA also cause the harm to the health. Good vitamin supplement has vitamin K2 which is difficult to get RDA from foods. But, doses of Vitamin C, E, A shall be easily adjustable, which are mostly can be taken from foods. ( Especially Vitamin E which is cheap, but too much taking is bad ). The product has Vitamin K2 which is expensive ingredient. Some products has too much C,E,A which is cheap ingredients while not includes K2.
With those regards, I recommend the product.
