I liked that the tablets were easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach. I talked to my doctor before taking them on a regular basis. It was ok as long as I don’t have any adverse reactions. I don’t have a daily diet that includes these essential vitamins especially to support my health.

Very very bad product I had ordered it with high hopes
but it failed badly . I do regular workouts and I wanted to order good multivitamin to support my regime also I am in defence service so we need to be physically active all the time. After receiving the above product I just had it for 5 days and every day I being physically fit without any disease touchwood faced allergic reactions like rashes , small allergic pimples and itching including rashes which comes when you consume it and then goes after 8-9 hours I tried 5 days everyday I faced allergic reactions. Called there call center but no response. Please be cautious while ordering now I am again looking for some organic multivitamin. Bad product.

Wow i am amazed at how much energy my husband has after taking this for just a week and a half! He seems so much more focused on life and the energiy he has right now is great and getting a little hard to keep up with him! Lol.
