This is a five star product for me as it is multivitamins plus multiminerals which is actually very rare combination. I got the reference from my family members and it’s a great multi vitamin supplement.
I definitely felt more alive and like I could do a lot more in a day. Waking up with a positive mindset ready for the day rather than unhappy and groggy. Earlier I was feeling like lethargic, dizzy all the time, fatigue but now after taking this pills for more than a week, i really noticed difference in myself. Now, i am more energetic, immunity levels has increased, mood is stable, muscles are getting better, less or no cramps and above all, health is getting better day by day as this supplements overcome minor deficiency of vitamins and minerals in our body.
Coming to the size of tablet, yeah, it is large but you can swallow it once with cup of water after your meals. It is tasteless and hence no issue of bitterness in pills. It is 100% vegetarian product and plant based too.

I’ve took Different Multivitamins at different point of time… But this one was something I will not recommend, as it has ZERO effect on body… I also feel I became a victim of marketing gimmick
