This product is a boon. I’ve been using regularly since 3 weeks and have seen significant improvements in terms of sleep quality especially. I don’t even get up in the middle of the night anymore, so no headaches, no irritability. Thanks to Magnesio, I have good sleep and no stress. Magnesium oxide is a form of magnesium that is very poorly absorbed, has a diarea effect. And somebody says, it is even toxic. Better to avoid it, and not to hurt your body
