This was my 1st time using Shilajit. It looks good, also improves mood & makes the mind calm. However, I have read somewhere that pure Shilajit doesn’t leave residue & dissolves easily. When used with cold milk, it takes time to dissolve. In hot water, it is much easier to dissolve.
Initially, when scooping it out from the top, I didn’t notice any residue at the bottom of the glass. With regular use of pea-sized scoops from the Shilajit container, it got empty & the residue precipitate also increased considerably.
